Calculation method of condenser in cold water machine:
Refrigerating capacity + compressor motor power /200~250= condenser heat transfer surface
For example: a valley wheel compressor (3SS1-1500 compressor) CT=40 C C: CE=-25 C compression system cooling capacity =12527W+ compressor motor power 11250W=23777/230= condenser heat transfer area 103m2
The ratio of the heat exchange area of the condenser and the condenser is 1 (103/18) =6m2, and the area of the evaporator is calculated according to the cooling rate of the compression mechanism (the evaporation temperature is t).
Calculation method of cold water cooling capacity:
