How to solve the problem of high temperature and high evaporation temperature
  (1) the cooling tower fan is stopped, the cooling water temperature is increased, and the cooling water quantity is reduced, so that the dilute solution temperature is increased to about 60 DEG C.
  (2) increase the capacity of the high pressure generator.
  (3) reduce the steam pressure, reduce evaporation in the high pressure generator refrigerant water.
  (4) open the vacuum pump, until the gas chamber vacuum pressure display so far less than 50Pa.
  (5) open the coolant water bypass valve, the refrigerant water bypass into the absorber, the solution concentration decreased. When the refrigerant pump cavitation appeared, considering that most refrigerant water has bypass into the absorber, namely the refrigerant water by-pass valve is closed.
  (6) stop the solution pump operation, when the high temperature solution flows through the dilute solution pipe, restart the solution pump, when the solution is heated again to the generator, and then suspend the operation of the pump. In this way, the concentrated solution crystallized in the heat exchanger tube is heated and dissolved by a high temperature solution which is returned by the generator.
   In order to accelerate the dissolution rate, it can be used in combination with the following methods.
   (1) full heating of the heat exchanger for steam hose or torch.
   (2) when the crystallization of the pump can not run, the pump shell and the connecting pipe are heated together.
   Removal of solution crystallization after shutdown
   (1) if the solution is crystallized in the pipe or in a dilute solution, steam or other heat sources may be used to heat the parts which may be crystallized, and the wood hammer is used to knock the ball until the crystallization is eliminated.
   (2) added to dilute solution of refrigerant water, so that the environment does not produce crystallization.
It is suggested that the operation manager should check and solve the problem of the crystallization of the unit and the cooling capacity of the unit
