Lubricating oil separator in the freezer

Lubricating oil separator according to its working principle is different, can be divided into percussive and cooling type; in impingement separator is provided with a baffle or clapboard, containing sliding oil refrigerant vapor to enter the cross-sectional area than the exhaust pipe of the separator, flow rate is greatly reduced, and momentum than larger oil vapor particles will impact on the baffle, stick on and along the surface of the flow into separator bottom. Refrigerant vapor passes through the baffle to the condenser.

Cooling separator in circulating cooling water, steam in the lubricating oil will due to temperature decrease and deposition in the cooling water pipe, from the refrigerant separated.
Use of cooling water must be strictly controlled, so that the refrigerant vapor temperature should not be cooled to below the condensation temperature, to control refrigerant vapor in the separator condensation, and lubricating oil flows back to the crankcase.
