Most of the cooling water contains calcium, magnesium ion and acid carbonate. When cooling water flows through the metal surface, there is the formation of carbonate. In addition, the dissolved oxygen in cooling water will cause corrosion, rust formation. Due to the production of rust scale, the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser is reduced, and the fouling is serious, which can block the pipe, so that the heat transfer effect is lost, thereby affecting the cooling effect. Therefore, it is recommended to clean the condenser once every six months.
        3, dry filter clogging. When the filter is blocked, the effect of heat transfer of the condenser is affected, and the cooling effect of the whole machine is not good, therefore, the filter is required to be checked regularly and the filter is blocked seriously.
        4, excessive water impurities, attached to the inner wall of the water pipe, resulting in insufficient water supply, thereby affecting the cooling effect. Therefore, for the region of poor water quality, it is recommended to do water treatment works or regular cleaning and replacement of water pipes, to ensure the normal operation of the cold water.
