Noise source analysis
(1) the noise of the chiller is mainly composed of the air flow noise, the noise of the motor, the throttle valve and the noise of the auxiliary equipment. The vibration energy of the unit is mainly caused by the unbalanced centrifugal force of the rotating part. The noise of the motor includes air flow noise, electromagnetic noise and mechanical noise of the cooling fan.
(2) the noise of pump unit mainly includes motor noise and pump noise. The vibration energy of the pump unit is mainly distributed in the vertical direction, which is caused by the rotation of the unbalanced centrifugal force in the vertical direction.
(3) a large noise caused by mechanical vibration. The cold water unit and the water pump are all connected with the water tank cover plate, and the cover plate is easy to be excited. The vibration of the machine spread along the floor, walls and the pipe network, such as solid media, the formation of solid sound, solid sound and then converted into air sound, the formation of noise radiation.
The main factors affecting the centrifuge noise is the transmission gear and the exhaust unit (the source of most high speed centrifuge exhaust noise flow in the exhaust gas pipe), for the former, the three stage centrifugal can solve, is very effective for the following two methods.
1 compressor exhaust side refrigerant spray device. The device sprays the refrigerant liquid to the exhaust side through the radial port, and the mist refrigerant produced by the spray liquid has the sound absorption function.
2 choose to use sound-absorbing material made of noise reduction pad, it will be wrapped in the exhaust pipe, generally can reduce the A sound level noise 2~4dB.
